At Send Theory, we want your order to arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. Send Theory cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order size, and the delivery service selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, sales events, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Send Theory may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping. Any applicable offer will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If your order appears to be delayed or missing, contact us at sendtheorycollection@gmail.com with your order number and delivery details.

We will work with the relevant shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that delivery delays caused by postal or courier services are outside Send Theory's direct control. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before placing your order.

If you realise that your address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Authority to Leave

Depending on the shipping carrier and delivery service selected, parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.

Send Theory is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer, where the carrier has followed its delivery procedures.

If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

We will assess the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be required for a shipping investigation.

International Shipping

If Send Theory offers international shipping, available destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International deliveries may also be subject to customs delays that are outside Send Theory's control.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both in-stock products and a pre-order item, your order may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Any specific shipping arrangements for pre-order products will be communicated on the relevant product page.
